Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Own technical delivery for enterprise accounts from scoping conversations through integrations, configuration, and stable production usage.
• Represent the technical architecture to enterprise stakeholders and collaborate with the CEO, engineering, go-to-market, and customer success teams.
• Build custom integrations and account-specific requests.
• Diagnose customer-reported issues, resolve configuration or training gaps, and escalate confirmed bugs with clear technical context.
• Build self-serve features and internal tools that eliminate recurring requests.

Requirements

• Strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to ship code in an unfamiliar codebase.
• Experience or genuine interest in sales engineering and technical pre-sales.
• Diagnostic problem-solving skills and comfort investigating production issues.
• Ability to communicate with non-engineers and enterprise stakeholders.
• Experience with JavaScript, Python, and SQL.
• AI-native development approach, including regular use of AI coding tools and credible understanding of LLM-powered products.
