What you will do

• Build customer-facing AI applications and products for enterprise and public-sector use cases.
• Develop reinforcement learning, post-training data, and model evaluation pipelines.
• Ship agentic AI applications and tooling for observability, testing, and safe deployment.
• Create fraud detection, contributor-quality, matching, and task-quality systems operating at large scale.
• Develop AI infrastructure, RAG applications, and efficient UI/UX tooling for high-volume workflows.
• Work directly with customers to identify product needs, ship features, and iterate quickly.

Requirements

• Graduation in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, EECS, Computer Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• Product or software engineering experience, including full-stack web applications and integrations with APIs and services.
• Previous product or software engineering internship experience.
• Experience shipping high-quality products and features at scale and building systems that process large data volumes.
• Experience with Python, TypeScript, React, and/or MongoDB.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, evaluations, or agentic systems through internships, research, or personal projects.
• Open-source contributions or a portfolio of shipped side projects.
