Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

Location: Redwood City, California, US; relocation provided.

Salary: $150,000–$250,000 base salary plus equity.

What you will do

• Build and launch voice AI solutions for enterprise customers.
• Write production code in Python, JavaScript, or a similar language.
• Build integrations with CRMs, ERPs, scheduling tools, and other systems.
• Work directly with customers to understand needs and solve technical problems.
• Partner with sales on demos, prototypes, and technical discussions.
• Turn customer feedback into product and engineering improvements.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a strong technical background and one or more software engineering or technical internships.
• Ability to code in Python, JavaScript, or a similar language.
• Interest in AI and building real-world AI systems.
• Enjoyment of customer-facing work and explaining technical concepts.
• Ability to work independently, handle ambiguity, and take ownership.
• Must work in the US location; relocation to Redwood City is provided.
