Inventory Controller (Robotics)

Location: Onsite in Salem, Oregon, United States. All roles are U.S.-based, and applicants must have current authorization to work in the United States.

Salary: $63,000–$82,000 USD annually.

Develops and commercially deploys humanoid robots for warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers.

What you will do

• Perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Pick, stage, replenish, count, and deliver materials to production bins and assembly cells.
• Process inbound materials, labeling, put-away, dispositions, and inventory movements in ERP software.
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe inventory areas using 5S, dunnage removal, audits, and improved bin labeling.
• Manage Kanban replenishment, consumable reorders, inspection workflows, and Return to Vendor, rework, or scrap dispositions.
• Support prototype material kitting, production schedules, and cross-functional process improvement projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or stocking environment.
• Experience using MRP systems for transactions, counts, picking, and reporting.
• Ability to safely operate material-handling equipment and perform warehouse operations.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, with strong visual acuity and manual dexterity for handling small parts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite and ability to learn new software.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and teamwork skills.
