Field Operations Agent (Hospitality)

Location: Blakeslee, Pennsylvania, United States; on-site in the designated area

Salary: USD 22–23 per hour, depending on skills and experience

What you will do

• Support daily operations for hirify.global properties in the designated market.
• Inspect properties for compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Maintain inventory and ensure properties have necessary supplies and equipment.
• Respond to guest and homeowner requests through email, calls, text messages, Slack, and tickets.
• Perform minor housekeeping and rental maintenance tasks, including changing linens, moving furniture, replacing light bulbs, troubleshooting Wi-Fi, and assembling products.
• Travel frequently between properties, support new-home onboarding, and oversee housekeeping dispatch when the local market leader is unavailable.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of hospitality or customer-facing experience.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Must reside in the designated area and have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays with a flexible schedule.
• Ability to spend most working time standing, walking, and driving between properties.
• Ability to bend, squat, kneel, climb, carry, reach, stoop, and occasionally push, pull, and lift more than 25 pounds.
