Associate General Manager (Retail)

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States; onsite store-based role

What you will do

• Partner with the General Manager to maximize sales and deliver an exceptional customer shopping experience.
• Act as Manager-on-Duty and supervise store staff in the General Manager's absence.
• Train, coach, and develop Sales Associates in product knowledge, selling skills, customer service, and Clienteling.
• Support hiring, scheduling, payroll control, loss prevention, inventory accuracy, cash handling, and asset protection.
• Execute merchandising, floor-set, promotional, and visual presentation directives while maintaining store organization.
• Monitor product concerns and inventory needs while reinforcing company policies and operational standards.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Store Manager or Assistant Manager experience in women's apparel or a related field.
• Strong verbal, communication, observation, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and the ability to represent the hirify.global style.
• Ability to retain and use information related to customers, merchandise, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to create a respectful, professional, collaborative, and high-performance working environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, at the Dallas location.
