Floating Store Manager (Convenience Retail)

Location: Epping, New Hampshire, United States; travel to and coverage of other store locations required

Salary: $19.96–$23.17 per hour

What you will do

• Support Store Managers across multiple Alltown locations and cover manager vacancies as needed.
• Supervise, recruit, hire, train, motivate, develop, and discipline store staff.
• Manage customer service, store appearance, cleanliness, sanitation, and promotional initiatives.
• Order and receive merchandise, maintain fuel inventory, coordinate gasoline deliveries, and control inventory variations.
• Complete accounting paperwork, bank deposits, ATM and lottery fund deposits, cashier audits, and compliance records.
• Schedule and control payroll hours while monitoring cash overages and shortages.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, with vocational or technical education preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.
• Ability to communicate with associates and guests and complete paperwork accurately.
• Ability to travel between store locations and attend mandatory meetings and training.
• ServSafe or another approved food safety certification required within 90 days of employment or promotion.
• Ability to develop an Assistant Manager capable of running the store in the manager's absence.
