Department Manager - Fayette Mall

Location: Fayette Mall, 3401 Nicholasville Rd, Lexington, Kentucky, USA; onsite, full-time retail role.

Salary: $20.90–$24.04 per hour; non-exempt, hourly pay status.

What you will do

• Lead and support the department team, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, succession planning, scheduling, and daily communication.
• Manage the total omnichannel customer experience, customer service, loyalty-app promotion, sustainability initiatives, fitting-room routines, checkout operations, returns, and exchanges.
• Analyze sales, budgets, department performance, competitors, and commercial opportunities to create plans that improve results and profitability.
• Maintain fashion quality, visual merchandising, product presentation, garment care, stock levels, price signage, and the full garment cycle from delivery through sales-floor presentation.
• Oversee stockroom and back-of-house standards, in-store technology and omnichannel services, opening and closing routines, and health and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser team and store colleagues while following global, local, and regional retail guidelines.
