TL;DR
PSA Show Lead (Collectibles): Leading concierge representatives and managing customer submissions, product handling, booth operations, and customer care at trade shows and events with an accent on event logistics, staff development, and submission accuracy. Focus on supervising travelling teams, securing and transporting collectibles, resolving escalated customer issues, and improving show processes.
Location: Santa Ana, California; onsite in the office five days per week. The role requires 40%+ travel, including up to three weekends per month. A driver's license is required.

What you will do
- Lead concierge representatives at trade shows, drop-off events, and Walk-In Wednesday events.
- Manage submission receiving, order processing, product handling, packing, shipping, and secure transportation to headquarters.
- Coordinate booth setup and breakdown, travel requirements, supplies, show schedules, and communication with internal teams and show promoters.
- Resolve escalated customer issues in person, by phone, email, and social media while delivering exceptional customer care.
- Train staff, assign duties, provide performance feedback, and report team activity and departmental statistics.
- Create standard operating procedures, maintain the employee resource hub, and identify ways to improve show operations and customer experience.
Requirements
- Must work onsite in the Santa Ana office five days per week and be authorized to work in the United States.
- 40%+ travel is required, with travel of up to three weekends per month.
- Valid driver's license required; a valid passport is a plus.
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, problem-solving, organization, time management, teamwork, and judgment skills.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 40 pounds and remain seated or standing for extended periods.
