MK1 Technical Project Manager III - Fluids

Location: Space Coast, Florida, United States; onsite role. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or nationals, U.S. permanent residents, or lawfully admitted refugees or asylees.

What you will do

• Manage project schedules, work breakdown structures, priorities, scope, integration, and costs for fluids development.
• Coordinate fluids development schedules with the overall program and track drawing release, manufacturing, and vehicle integration.
• Create project management plans and other guiding project artifacts.
• Present program status, risks, variances, and recovery plans to program management.
• Track technical performance measures and support achievement of defined development goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, business, operations management, mathematics, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of experience planning and managing projects or programs, including priorities, scope, schedule, integration, and cost.
• Experience with critical path scheduling, integrated master schedules, risk management, and cost account management.
• Experience with Agile project management and JIRA, plus P6 Primavera, MS Project, or similar scheduling software.
• Strong verbal, written, and graphical communication skills and the ability to solve complex problems collaboratively.
• U.S. citizenship, U.S. nationality, permanent residence, refugee status, or asylum status is required.

Nice to have

• MBA degree, PMP certification, and Earned Value Management System experience.
• Experience with complex highly integrated products, MS Excel, or Windchill PLM.
• Experience with cryogenic liquids, gas distribution, propulsion systems, valves, or pumps.
