Project Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Webster, Texas; Middleburg Heights, Ohio; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; or Mojave, California. Relocation assistance is provided for qualified candidates. Travel up to 30%.

What you will do

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, schedules, and budgets with stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal resources, technical teams, and external vendors throughout project execution.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, costs, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Track performance against short- and long-term goals and provide comprehensive reporting.
• Lead project meetings, including kickoffs, status updates, and retrospectives.
• Maintain project documentation, manage customer relationships, and conduct post-project evaluations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as engineering, physics, or mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in project management or a related role supporting complex technical projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical and project management teams and defining tasks, schedules, and levels of effort.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, organization, time management, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Applicants must be a U.S. Person eligible to obtain required export authorizations under ITAR and EAR.

Nice to have

• PMP or similar certification.
• Experience with government and commercial aerospace customers.
