Project Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Manage multiple customer projects from assignment through closure.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, reports, budgets, and milestones.
• Monitor project progress, risks, quality, and delivery commitments.
• Act as the primary operational contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate resources and communication across international, multidisciplinary teams.
• Work closely with Lead Evaluators to align project execution with technical activities and security evaluation requirements.

Requirements

• Proven project management experience, preferably in technical, engineering, certification, or regulated environments.
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
• Customer-focused and collaborative approach.
• Fluent English required.
• Preferred: based within the European Union; EU Secret clearance or equivalent is preferred for the Galileo and Aerospace portfolio.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity, certification, aerospace, defense, or other regulated industries.
• Experience working with technical experts and multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with security evaluation or conformity assessment activities.
• Previous experience in secure or classified environments.
