What you will do
- Own the full mission lifecycle from requirements definition through launch and in-orbit commissioning.
- Translate complex mission concepts into executable plans covering timelines, resources, budgets, scope, and risk.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across systems engineering, AIT, manufacturing, supply chain, and mission operations.
- Coordinate customers, partners, suppliers, and stakeholders through structured communication and reporting.
- Oversee launch services, ground-segment integration, regulatory approvals, and compliance with technical and contractual requirements.
- Identify risks, drive mitigation and recovery plans, improve delivery practices, mentor mission managers, and contribute to proposals and cost modelling.
Requirements
- Experience delivering projects in complex, multidisciplinary environments, ideally in space or high-reliability engineering.
- Understanding of satellite systems, payloads, or mission operations.
- Ability to balance scope, schedule, cost, and risk across parallel workstreams.
- Strong stakeholder management, commercial awareness, and familiarity with contracts, suppliers, regulatory requirements, and compliance.
- Clear structured communication, proactive risk management, resilience, and adaptability in high-stakes environments.
- Comfort using project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar; application materials must be submitted in English.
