Salary: USD 70,400–88,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead daily department operations to achieve sales, customer service, and operational performance goals.
• Coach, train, recognize, and develop associates through ongoing feedback and performance management.
• Drive revenue by modeling selling behaviors, monitoring performance indicators, and improving customer engagement.
• Execute merchandising plans, product launches, and promotional initiatives with store leadership.
• Monitor staffing, floor coverage, safety, and service execution to maintain an efficient shopping environment.
• Analyze sales, inventory, and operational data and collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve issues and improve store performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years of retail operations experience in a high-volume, premium, fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience leading and developing retail teams.
• Strong leadership, coaching, performance management, customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, inventory, and sales performance metrics, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and retail operational systems and work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
