Relationship Associate - PBB (Banking)

What you will do

• Provide daily client service and resolve account, transaction, and service inquiries.
• Process cashiering requests, handle cash, and maintain branch operational integrity.
• Open and maintain accounts, complete service requests, and profile clients during the new-account process.
• Identify referral and cross-selling opportunities and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
• Support branch sales colleagues and collaborate with internal banking partners, including the City Loan Center.
• Follow bank policies, credit and operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Minimum 1 year of cash handling experience.
• Minimum 1 year of basic computer experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• General knowledge of banking operations, products, services, policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Good interpersonal, verbal, written communication, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to report to the designated City National office location is required.
