Relationship Banker Business Specialist

Location: Downtown El Paso, Texas; in-office role

What you will do

• Acquire and expand consumer and business banking relationships for businesses with under $2MM in sales revenue.
• Generate leads, conduct appointments inside and outside the branch, and create quality referrals.
• Coordinate with Business Banking, Mortgage, Wealth Management, and Private Bank partners to address client needs.
• Deliver tailored solutions across deposits, lending, cash management, payments, and investing.
• Support branch operations, lobby engagement, customer education, and problem resolution.
• Manage risk by following banking policies, procedures, and established controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience.
• Typically less than one year of professional experience or successful completion of a formal development program.
• Knowledge of banking products, business acumen, prospecting, selling, and customer experience management.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Ability to complete additional background checks required under applicable banking regulations.
• Spanish bilingual skills are preferred.
