Associate Relationship Strategist (Private Banking)

What you will do

• Support client management activities for existing and prospective clients.
• Coordinate internal team members and hirify.global partners to deliver responsive client service.
• Support the development and execution of relationship management plans.
• Help manage a book of business and identify opportunities to source and expand client relationships.
• Coordinate client-needs discovery, make appropriate partner introductions, and escalate concerns with risk partners.
• Maintain accurate relationship management administration and support team processes such as pre-call planning, post-call debriefs, and relationship reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience is typically required.
• Knowledge of client relationship management, financial analysis, credit processes, credit products, and sales opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, influence stakeholders, and understand customer needs.
• Must work in the Houston, Texas office; hirify.global does not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
