Relationship Banker Business Specialist (Banking)

What you will do

• Acquire and expand consumer and business banking relationships with less than $2 million in sales revenue.
• Generate leads, conduct appointments inside and outside the branch, and manage referrals throughout acquisition, onboarding, and servicing.
• Coordinate with hirify.global Wealth Management, Private Bank, Business Banking, Mortgage, and other ecosystem partners to address client needs.
• Deliver tailored solutions across deposits, lending, cash management, payments, and investing.
• Engage clients in the branch, educate them on digital tools and financial options, and resolve or escalate service issues.
• Follow policies and procedures, manage risk, and support accurate daily branch operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; comparable education, certifications, or experience may be considered.
• Typically less than one year of professional experience or completion of a formal development program.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Successful candidates must complete required background checks under Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
• Spanish speaking is preferred, but not required.
