What you will do

• Coordinate relationship management activities for new and existing business banking clients.
• Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships to grow revenue and share of wallet.
• Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products and services.
• Assess and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
• Identify client opportunities, present banking products, and convert sales opportunities using reporting and sales tools.
• Analyze and mitigate credit risk for more complex credit requests using advanced credit fundamentals and internal policies.

Requirements

• University or college degree, typically a bachelor's degree, or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• Experience with business books of business, client relationship building, credit processes, credit products, financial analysis, and sales opportunities.
• Strong business acumen, communication, decision-making, prospecting, selling, and client relationship management skills.
• Must work in the Atlanta office; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.
