Business Center Branch Manager (Banking)

What you will do

• Lead branch planning, execution, growth activities, sales, revenue, and market-share objectives.
• Manage relationships with consumer and business clients through discovery conversations, outbound calls, in-person meetings, and community activities.
• Coach the team to deliver technology-enabled, advisory customer experiences and effective problem resolution.
• Recruit, onboard, develop, and manage the performance of branch employees.
• Manage operational, human-capital, reputational, sales-practice, and regulatory risk.
• Coordinate with internal business partners on business results, pipeline management, and client solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience.
• 3+ years of industry-relevant experience; comparable managerial experience may be considered for operations or production roles.
• Knowledge of banking, branch banking services, sales management, prospecting, customer experience, and people management.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Ability to complete background checks required under Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
