Branch Manager (Banking)

Location: Grove Street branch, Jersey City, New Jersey, United States; in-office

Base salary: $99,000–$165,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Manage branch priorities, performance, revenue growth, customer loyalty, and service delivery.
• Lead consultative sales processes and grow consumer and business banking relationships.
• Coach employees to deliver technology-enabled, omnichannel customer interactions and resolve client issues.
• Recruit, onboard, retain, coach, and develop branch team members.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, sales-practice, and regulatory risks.
• Build community and ecosystem partnerships while supporting business development.

Requirements

• Typically 5+ years of related experience and at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, sales management, delegation, digital awareness, and customer experience.
• Strong communication, decision-making, accountability, and people-management skills.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Ability to work in an in-office branch environment in Jersey City, New Jersey.
