Senior AI Architect (Presales)

Location: Remote role associated with Texas, USA

Salary: $134,900–$237,300 annual base compensation, with potential commission or performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Architect production-ready AI systems for self-service, agent assistance, journey management, and back-office automation.
• Design scalable RAG and enterprise knowledge architectures, including content structuring, embeddings, ranking, trusted knowledge integration, and governance.
• Build evaluation and observability frameworks covering accuracy, retrieval quality, tool-call performance, safety, drift, customer satisfaction, and cost.
• Develop contextual AI experiences using real-time customer data, interaction history, conversation state, and external signals.
• Lead presales discovery, technical demonstrations, prototypes, sandbox and trial engagements, pilots, value assessments, and integration guidance.
• Create reusable technical assets and enablement while translating customer feedback into product and go-to-market direction.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing and architecting enterprise AI solutions using machine learning, NLU/NLP, retrieval systems, LLMs, orchestration, tools, and agentic AI.
• Strong architectural judgment across model selection, latency, cost, explainability, governance, multilingual requirements, security, scalability, and business risk.
• Deep experience integrating AI with enterprise platforms, knowledge sources, RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, identity systems, and cloud ecosystems.
• Experience designing real-time enterprise systems with voice and digital latency, throughput, secure data access, reliability, fallback paths, and failure handling.
• Practical expertise in prompt design, context management, RAG, AI workflow optimization, evaluation, governance, and observability.
• Strong presales, executive communication, technical storytelling, prototyping, and stakeholder-influence skills, including work with CIOs and CTOs.

• Understanding of hirify.global Cloud and hirify.global AI capabilities.
• Experience with contact centers, customer experience orchestration, self-service, agent assistance, journey management, or back-office automation.
• Experience creating reusable enablement for solution consulting, partners, sales engineering, or field organizations.
• Experience partnering with Product Management and Engineering on platform improvements.
