Associate, Infrastructure AI

Location: hirify.global Place New York, 225 Liberty Street, 8th Floor, New York, NY

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 per year, plus a short-term cash incentive program.

What you will do

• Build and oversee financial models and return analyses for investments across AI infrastructure, including data centers, compute hardware, power, and connectivity.
• Lead or support financial, operational, legal, and tax due diligence processes.
• Prepare investment committee materials, bid letters, transaction documentation, and deal execution analyses.
• Identify transaction opportunities, deal structures, value creation strategies, and market entry points.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, transition, legal, tax, and structuring teams on transactions and post-investment asset management.
• Conduct industry research and contribute to fund strategy, special projects, and operational initiatives.

Requirements

• Exceptional analytical skills and advanced financial modeling capabilities.
• Experience in investment banking, restructuring, TMT, infrastructure investments, or another relevant field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong interest in AI investment strategies; experience in AI, infrastructure, or private equity is an asset.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, shifting priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
