Associate (Commercial Real Estate Financing)

hirify.global' Loan Management team supports mortgage loan trading and real estate finance through whole loan acquisitions, sales, securitizations, financing, diligence, and asset management.

What you will do

• Underwrite, manage, and oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate loans.
• Analyze market sectors, property performance, investment risks, valuations, and due diligence findings.
• Track and forecast operating cash flows using market data, property operating metrics, actual performance, and internal standards.
• Support loan-level financings, appraisal reviews, transaction structuring, and financing execution for external clients.
• Monitor business plan performance and develop tactical and strategic recommendations for asset management.
• Prepare transaction memos, quarterly business plan updates, market updates, and monthly reporting packages for management and internal clients.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience originating or underwriting commercial real estate loans and/or managing performing or distressed assets.
• Experience valuing multiple commercial real estate property types, including multifamily, hospitality, retail, industrial, office, self-storage, or senior living.
• Experience with ARGUS and Excel cash flow modeling and forecasting, including market sales and rental comparables.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong academic background, quantitative and communication skills, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and accountability.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure while meeting deadlines.
