Associate, Capital Markets (Equity, Debt, & Structured Finance)

Location: On-site in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, at the hirify.global office at 1180 Peachtree Street. Travel and work outside normal operating hours, including some weekends, may be required.

Salary: $85,000–$100,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead complex debt sizing, development models, financial analysis, valuations, and financing structure assessments.
• Prepare debt and equity offering memoranda, financial projections, market analyses, tenant analyses, tables, graphs, and charts.
• Collect and evaluate transaction due diligence, review real estate documents, and identify inconsistencies or financing issues.
• Market debt and equity opportunities to lenders and investors, prepare status reports and quote matrices, and present findings to clients.
• Support client and lender conversations, property tours, inspections, closings, and problem resolution.
• Onboard and manage junior analysts while strengthening team processes and contributing to business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in finance, real estate, or accounting.
• At least 4 years of real estate and/or finance experience, preferably in commercial real estate consulting, appraisal, investing, lending, or brokerage.
• Strong analytical, written communication, organization, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
• Ability to build, analyze, and summarize complex financial models using Excel and Argus; advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-volume, deadline-driven transaction environment.
• Salesperson license may be required under applicable state law.
