What you will do

• Build and maintain Smartsheet sheets, dashboards, reports, forms, and workflows.
• Develop automations, approvals, alerts, and business process improvements.
• Integrate Smartsheet with Jira, Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, Power BI, and Microsoft 365.
• Develop API-based solutions using Python, JavaScript, or similar scripting languages.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable functional solutions.
• Manage permissions and platform governance, troubleshoot issues, document solutions, and support end-user training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–6 years of hands-on Smartsheet development or administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Smartsheet sheets, reports, dashboards, forms, workspaces, and automations.
• Experience with the Smartsheet API, scripting, and third-party application integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Understanding of project management and business process automation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Smartsheet Control Center, Dynamic View, or Bridge.
• Smartsheet certification.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with PMO, business analysis, or systems administration.
