Associate Director, Philanthropy Web & AEO/SEO Strategies

Location: Fully remote from Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, or Rhode Island, with occasional onsite time in Brookline, MA

Salary: $98,500–$118,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute philanthropy web, marketing, AEO, and SEO strategies across websites, landing pages, and web forms.
• Lead the design, build, deployment, and governance of philanthropy-focused websites.
• Manage web projects from planning through production, including UX optimization, wireframing, site mapping, and responsive design.
• Develop and launch AEO/SEO monitoring platforms, implement optimizations, and analyze web metrics and campaign performance.
• Lead marketing planning, creative production, digital campaigns, media buys, and detailed wrap-up reporting.
• Research, write, and edit donor communications, marketing collateral, advertising copy, and digital content.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of AI Engine Optimization, SEO, web metrics, reporting tools, web marketing, testing, UX, and personalization.
• Experience with website development, front-end development, web content management systems, HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
• Experience developing accessibility strategies and applying ADA compliance best practices.
• Strong project management, organization, communication, marketing, writing, data analysis, and Excel skills.
• Must work remotely from a New England state and be available for occasional onsite work in Brookline, MA.

Nice to have

• Experience with Acquia and Drupal.
• Experience with CRM software, particularly Blackbaud Luminate Online.
