What you will do

• Develop, coordinate, and deliver onboarding, leadership, professional development, and workplace skills training.
• Facilitate instructor-led training for hourly and salaried employees.
• Create and maintain presentations, job aids, assessments, training materials, and standardized curricula.
• Coordinate new employee orientation, site training programs, schedules, logistics, attendance, records, and Learning Management System activities.
• Track training completion and effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback and performance data.
• Support cross-training, upskilling, career progression, employee qualification programs, and Training Center continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Training and Development, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Four or more years of experience in training, learning and development, facilitation, workforce development, or organizational development; manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Experience facilitating non-technical training for employee groups and developing clear, engaging, professional training materials.
• Strong presentation, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and project coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization; required export licensing and compliance with US export control law are prerequisites.
