What you will do

• Monitor profit, sales, performance goals, and store financial results.
• Oversee eyeglass department operations, efficiency, quality standards, and policy compliance.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure associates maintain service standards.
• Supervise, motivate, coach, and support Opticians, contact lens sales associates, and reception staff where applicable.
• Coordinate promotions, advertising, visual merchandising, reporting, and communication with management.
• Assist with staffing forecasts, recruiting, selection, retention, and daily store execution.

Requirements

• Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish required.
• Optical sales experience; supervisory experience is preferred.
• Ability to lead, coach, and build effective associate relationships.
• Understanding of store operations, customer service, organization, and performance monitoring.
• Ability to create, understand, and analyze financial reports and solve problems of varied scope.
• Specific licenses or credentials may be required depending on applicable state laws.
