Department Manager - Aventura Mall (Retail)

Location: Aventura Mall, 19501 Biscayne Blvd, Aventura, FL 33180, USA; on-site retail role

Salary: $26.60–$30.59 per hour; non-exempt, hourly pay status

What you will do

• Lead the department and support an inclusive, collaborative, and entrepreneurial store culture.
• Manage the omni-channel customer experience, customer service, loyalty app promotion, and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Analyze sales and budget performance, identify commercial opportunities, and create plans to improve results and profitability.
• Recruit, onboard, schedule, evaluate, and develop store colleagues, including succession planning and training.
• Coordinate with visual merchandising colleagues to maintain fashion-focused product presentation and garment care.
• Oversee stockroom standards, deliveries, fitting rooms, checkout routines, in-store technology, opening and closing, and legal and safety procedures.
