Design Supervisor (Retail)

Location: Onsite at Floor & Decor stores in Florida, including Pembroke Pines, Melbourne, Orlando, Gainesville, Palmetto Bay, Naples, Stuart, Fort Myers, and Port St. Lucie

What you will do

• Train and develop the design team.
• Drive sales through design services.
• Support customers in receiving a positive sales and design experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service in the store environment.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in design services, sales, team development, and customer service.
• Ability to work in a retail store environment during scheduled store hours.
• Ability to perform medium physical work, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to use hands and fingers frequently and occasionally stand, walk, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
