Campaign Analytics Data Analyst (Sports Betting)

Salary: $90,000–$112,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Deliver analysis, reporting, and customer segmentation for Sportsbook generosity campaigns.
• Analyze customer behavior and promotional engagement to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Conduct exploratory analyses and develop hypotheses to optimize generosity initiatives.
• Maintain campaign reporting, validate data quality, and support performance measurement.
• Use AI responsibly to accelerate analysis while evaluating output accuracy and risk.
• Create clear visualizations and collaborate with stakeholders on improvement projects.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel, including work with large datasets.
• Undergraduate degree in a numerate or technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to produce accurate insights, explain methods and limitations, and work independently.
• Ability to support critical business needs outside normal hours on rare occasions.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Python or another statistical or programming language.
• Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
• Interest or experience in sports betting, and an interest in sports.
