What you will do

• Deliver high-quality analysis, reporting, and customer segmentation for generosity campaigns to enhance visibility.
• Analyze customer behavior and promotional engagement to uncover trends and actionable insights.
• Conduct exploratory analyses and develop hypotheses to optimize generosity initiatives.
• Maintain reporting and validate data quality for campaign measurement and performance evaluations.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows while ensuring high integrity and managing risk of error.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify new value-add projects to support strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years of previous experience in a similar data analyst role.
• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel with experience manipulating large datasets.
• Undergraduate degree in a numerate or technical discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in New York City.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Python or at least one other statistical/programming language.
• Experience working with data visualization tools like Tableau.
