Campaign Analytics, Data Analyst (Sports Betting)

Salary: $90,000–$112,000 USD per year, dependent on experience, location, business needs, and market demand.

What you will do

• Deliver analysis, reporting, and customer segmentation for Sportsbook generosity campaigns.
• Analyze customer behavior and promotional engagement to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Conduct exploratory analyses and develop hypotheses for generosity initiatives.
• Maintain campaign reporting, validate data quality, and support performance measurement.
• Create clear visualizations and explanations of findings, recommendations, methods, biases, and limitations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on value-adding projects and strategic improvements while using AI responsibly.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel, including manipulation of large datasets.
• Undergraduate degree in a numerate or technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to work independently with accuracy, integrity, and accountability.
• Ability to occasionally support critical business needs outside normal business hours.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Python or another statistical or programming language.
• Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
• Interest or experience in sports betting and the wider sports industry.
