SCM Compliance Administration Intern

Location: Krakow, Poland

What you will do

• Support ESG risk assessments and other compliance programs, including the Code of Conduct.
• Issue supplier ESG assessment requests, follow up with suppliers and internal category owners, troubleshoot issues, and track completion.
• Maintain accurate Excel records for risk assessment requests, corrective actions, and case status.
• Analyze supplier response reports and update weekly status metrics.
• Follow up proactively on open risk assessment and corrective action cases across multiple teams.
• Analyze complex datasets and use available reports and tools to manage high volumes of open issues.

Requirements

• Degree-level studies in progress in Sustainability, Supply Chain, Production Engineering, or Logistics.
• Availability for at least 20 hours per week.
• Knowledge of MS Office and PowerPoint; Power BI and data visualization are advantageous.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a process-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, collaborate across teams, and take initiative.
