Working Student within Supply Chain and Logistics (d/f/m)

hirify.global develops aerospace and defence solutions and provides supply chain and logistics support for the A400M programme.

What you will do

• Support the digitalization and creation of a knowledge management tool.
• Execute material operations services in line with customer contract requirements.
• Execute and monitor purchase operations.
• Resolve daily operational issues with the Material Support Centre of Competence and material management stakeholders.
• Execute contract-related workflows in SAP, MDNPro, and SASPF.

Requirements

• Full-time student status in industrial engineering, supply chain, or a similar field.
• Fluent English skills.
• Programming skills in VBA are appreciated.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
• Strong coordination, organizational, communication, and initiative-taking skills.
• Process orientation, attention to detail, rigor, and interest in continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Good German or Spanish skills.
