Transportation Specialist

What you will do

• Manage last-mile delivery and carrier return cycle time for an assigned country or region.
• Monitor carrier performance, delivery SLAs, cost per shipment, and transport invoice accuracy.
• Analyze delivery data and prepare reports identifying warehouse-to-customer workflow bottlenecks.
• Act as the main point of contact for commercial carriers and logistics partners, handling daily execution and troubleshooting.
• Run weekly business reviews, support local RFQs and rate negotiations, and coordinate transportation projects.
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, Technology, Operations, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in supply chain or logistics; e-commerce experience is an advantage.
• Foundational knowledge of delivery logistics and warehouse-to-carrier handover points.
• Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze complex datasets and create actionable reports.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Business-level English required; an additional EU language is desired. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required.
