Product Designer (Healthcare)

Location: Fully remote

Salary: $90,000–$115,000 per year

What you will do

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to design new features and workflows.
• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and field research.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Contribute to and maintain the product design system.
• Advocate for accessibility and usability, iterating on designs based on feedback and data.
• Provide design assets for go-to-market materials.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product design experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX and UI design for complex applications.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or a related field.
