Product Designer (User Research & Interaction Design, AI)

Location: New York, NY; on-site

What you will do

• Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative user research, low-fidelity ideation, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes.
• Contribute to product decisions and deliver roadmap features across customer-facing and internal web platforms, emails, mobile apps, and browser extensions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to assess constraints, reduce delivery risks, and support implementation.
• Use user behavior, metrics, and analytics to continuously improve the experience.
• Present design work and research findings, facilitate product reviews and brainstorms, and contribute to roadmap definition.
• Create and maintain design specifications, redlines, style guides, and other documentation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in UX, UI, or product design.
• Experience with surveys, usability testing, user interviews, A/B testing, and translating research into strategic narratives.
• Strong proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Dovetail, and comparable design tools.
• Experience designing responsive mobile and desktop web experiences.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating design process, outcomes, and impact is advantageous, particularly for shipped products.
