Middle UI/UX Designer

Location: Minsk, Belarus; hybrid workplace with a modern central office

What you will do

• Shape the product direction and design language of the BOSS Revolution retailer portal.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, product owners, and operations on the product roadmap.
• Conduct workshops, create clickable prototypes, and prepare high-fidelity specifications.
• Design cohesive customer journeys across BOSS Revolution product touch points using user research and analytics.
• Grow and maintain a cross-platform, cross-functional design system.
• Iterate quickly based on stakeholder feedback and collaborate closely with technology teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product design, UX design, or a similar role, with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma and design or animation tools such as LottieFiles.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent visual, UI, mobile interaction, presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
• English at minimum B2 level and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience creating clickable prototypes, micro-interactions, UX gamification, and business-focused design solutions.
