What you will do

• Provide direct nursing care with an emphasis on holistic resident wellness.
• Monitor residents' health, safety, and well-being.
• Assist with training and monitoring medication administration.
• Supervise CNA and Home Health Aide care staff in line with regulations and community policies.
• Conduct thorough resident assessments and maintain clinical quality assurance.
• Provide care during scheduled 3 p.m.–11 p.m. or 11 p.m.–7 a.m. shifts.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current LPN license.
• Experience with long-term care, assisted living, home health, or hospital settings is preferred.
• Experience caring for residents with Alzheimer's disease or related dementias.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations and nursing practices, techniques, and methods.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and use Microsoft Office, including Windows, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to perform physical duties including standing, walking, lifting, and supporting residents weighing up to 50 pounds.
