LPN (Behavioral Health)

Location: On-site in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, USA. Hours are 5:30 AM–2:00 PM, Monday–Friday, plus rotating Saturdays.

Salary: $30.00–$35.00 per hour, plus a bonus structure.

Behavioral Health Group provides opioid addiction treatment services through a network of Joint Commission-accredited treatment centers across 24 states.

What you will do

• Administer methadone according to physician orders and assess patients before and after dosing.
• Screen new and current patients for treatment appropriateness and monitor physical examinations and laboratory work.
• Maintain accurate dosing records, medication inventories, urine specimen records, and discrepancy reports.
• Receive medication shipments, prepare courtesy and vacation dose packages, and maintain compliance with DEA and company procedures.
• Coordinate with counselors and nursing colleagues, train new nurses, and participate in treatment team meetings and training.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and health standards.

Requirements

• Active LPN/LVN or RN license in Minnesota required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Accurate data entry skills and basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work independently under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and react quickly.
• Knowledge of dosing equipment, centrifuges, physical assessment tools, test strips, breathalyzers, and standard office equipment.

Nice to have

• Experience in chemical addiction treatment.
• Phlebotomist certification or willingness to obtain it if required.
