Field Service Engineer (HP Indigo)

Location: Field-based role for candidates residing in the greater Georgia area, with 80% travel to customer sites.

Salary: $24–$34 USD per hour for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Install and configure hirify.global Indigo digital printing presses, including hardware, software, and network components.
• Perform preventive maintenance and diagnose mechanical, electrical, electronic, software, and networking issues.
• Repair printing press systems and integrate hardware and software solutions.
• Train customers on equipment usage, color management, and operational best practices.
• Execute installation and escalation plans while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Use monitoring tools, provide customer updates, and resolve service concerns promptly.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in field service, technical support, or printing press repair, or equivalent demonstrated competence.
• Knowledge of hirify.global Indigo digital printing presses and the printing industry.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, electronic, computer, and networking troubleshooting skills.
• High school diploma, GED, higher secondary education, or commensurate work experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and lift, bend, and stoop throughout the day.
