Talent Acquisition Partner (B2B SaaS)

Location: Hybrid position requiring three days per week on-site at the Austin office

What you will do

• Drive full-cycle recruiting for GTM and Business functions, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships, across the US and UK.
• Partner with hiring leaders to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and realistic market expectations.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies and identify high-quality candidates through creative outreach and market research.
• Manage structured interviews, feedback loops, and the process from initial sourcing through signed offer.
• Create a clear and respectful candidate experience regardless of the hiring outcome.
• Track GTM talent movements, exceptional candidates, and competitor activity to inform recruiting strategy.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of the B2B SaaS talent landscape.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting across GTM and Business functions.
• Strong sourcing skills, including proactive pipeline development and creative outreach.
• Ability to partner effectively with hiring leaders and provide market insight.
• Ability to work on-site at the Austin office three days per week as part of a hybrid schedule.
