Licensed Practical Nurse (Part-Time 10:30p-6:30)

Location: Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, USA; onsite

Salary: USD 36–38 per hour

What you will do

• Provide direct nursing care and promote the health, safety, and holistic well-being of residents.
• Conduct thorough resident assessments and monitor changes in condition.
• Assist with training and monitoring medication administration.
• Supervise care staff in accordance with state regulations and community policies.
• Maintain clinical quality assurance and compliance with federal, state, and local standards.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with a current LPN license.
• Experience with residents who have Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and apply nursing practices, techniques, and methods.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to nursing and resident wellness.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Windows, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to perform physical duties, including standing, walking, and lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• At least two years of experience in long-term care, assisted living, home health, or a hospital setting.
