Advanced Product Manager Systems - Hardware (AI)

What you will do

• Define, develop, launch, and manage ATM hardware products and integrated hardware, software, and services offerings throughout the product lifecycle.
• Build and drive roadmaps for AI-enabled, data-driven, and intelligent self-service banking solutions.
• Own product vision, portfolio optimization, business outcomes, customer value, and market adoption.
• Analyze customer, market, financial, and KPI data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and improvement strategies.
• Partner with customers, sales, engineering, software development, manufacturing, marketing, service, and business stakeholders.
• Support large bids and proposals and participate in commercialization and go-to-market activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronics engineering, mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in product management and hardware products, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of systems thinking, hardware architecture, problem-solving, risk management, and technology evaluation.
• Experience with product roadmaps, product lifecycle management, Agile methodologies, requirements management, business cases, competitive analysis, and go-to-market strategy.
• Experience using data analytics and customer insights to guide product strategy, investment decisions, and business outcomes.
• Onsite work in North Canton, Ohio is required; quarterly travel within the United States and international travel 1–2 times per year may be required.

Nice to have

• 5–7+ years of experience in the ATM industry, banking technology, self-service devices, or payment technologies.
• Experience managing global products and regional compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of ATM software-hardware integration and similar ATM platforms.
• Experience in financial services technology.
• Experience with AI/ML-enabled products, predictive analytics, digital services, or intelligent automation.
