Digital Product Owner

Location: Cincinnati General Offices, United States

Salary: $85,000–$122,200 per year, plus bonus and benefits where applicable

What you will do

• Set product vision and strategy for internal data and digital products, creating clarity in ambiguous environments.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, priorities, and technical feasibility.
• Translate cross-functional business needs into user stories, requirements, personas, user journeys, and user flows.
• Collaborate with IT, Brand, R&D, Finance, Sales, and other stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact.
• Lead onboarding, communications, adoption, and organizational change for new features and releases.
• Track product progress and KPIs, champion data quality and governance, and improve operational performance using product data and feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Analytics, or a related field.
• Familiarity with data platforms such as Azure Databricks and Power BI.
• Understanding of data governance principles.
• Strong communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and backlog management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
