Deputy Program Manager

Salary: $60,000–$135,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage project and contract operations, including production schedules, milestones, deliverables, cost, and performance.
• Allocate personnel, systems, equipment, facilities, and other resources to meet mission and production requirements.
• Coordinate with customers, government stakeholders, mission partners, and contract personnel.
• Identify and mitigate program risks, resolve operational constraints, and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise all-source intelligence analysis and apply intelligence, collection, identity intelligence, biometric, watchlisting, and targeting processes.
• Prepare program reviews, stakeholder briefings, status reports, operating plans, budgets, and staffing plans.

Requirements

• TS/SCI security clearance required.
• At least 10 years of relevant analytical experience, including experience within the last 2 years.
• Experience providing strategic advice and technical guidance to military commanders, senior government staff, defense planners, and policymakers.
• Experience leading analytic production methodologies, tradecraft, studies, surveys, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of intelligence regulations, publications, policies, theaters of operation, deployment processes, and analytic techniques.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
• Experience leading large-scale programs across multiple CONUS and OCONUS locations.
