Technical Program Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote within the United States or Canada. Remote-first work culture with work-from-anywhere flexibility within the stated countries.

Salary: US $175,000–$215,000 annually, plus equity. Compensation depends on location, qualifications, work history, and interview performance.

What you will do

• Own integration project plans for complex enterprise engagements, including milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and implementation timelines.
• Serve as the primary client contact, communicate proactively, surface risks early, and understand client requirements.
• Track client-specific product feature requests from intake through resolution with Engineering and Product.
• Establish RACI structures, clarify ownership, and coordinate communication across Engineering, Product, Integrations, Solutions, and client teams.
• Maintain organized project artifacts and report on slippage, root causes, dependency risks, and capacity across concurrent engagements.
• Develop strong product fluency and act as a technical thought partner on feature requests, dependencies, and tradeoffs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of technical program or project management experience, including enterprise implementation management.
• Experience with formal enterprise governance, RACI, milestone-based reporting, and structured project management expectations.
• Experience in fintech, payments, fraud, risk, or compliance, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment serving enterprise clients.
• Ability to discuss technical dependencies and tradeoffs credibly with Engineering and Product teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including translating technical status for executive and enterprise stakeholders.
• Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple high-stakes client engagements simultaneously.
