Senior People Analytics Manager (Visier)

Location: Denver, CO - US (On-site)

Compensation: $125,000–$150,000 + Bonus + Restricted Stock Units

What you will do

• Own the Visier platform, including configuration, metric definitions, security models, and release management.
• Build and extend HR dashboards, metrics, and alerts while integrating new data subjects.
• Partner with Data Engineering to ensure data quality and maintain upstream models in the cloud data warehouse.
• Drive AI-assisted self-service analytics, ensuring consistency between AI outputs and dashboard reporting.
• Enable the People team through training, documentation, and office hours to increase data literacy.
• Synthesize findings and communicate organizational health insights to executive leadership.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in people analytics or HR technology.
• Hands-on Visier experience, including at least one full implementation or major capability expansion.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working directly in a cloud data warehouse.
• Deep fluency in HR domains such as recruiting, compensation, performance, and organizational structure.
• Proven ability to enable non-technical stakeholders through training and documentation.
• Must be based in Denver, CO as this is an on-site role.

Nice to have

• Analytics Engineering capability (dbt, version control, CI/CD, dimensional modeling).
• Experience exposing warehouse data to LLMs or agentic interfaces.
• Familiarity with the specific stack: Rippling, Workday, Ashby, Lattice, TeamOhana, BigQuery.
• Experience with other BI platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or Sigma.
