What you will do

• Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for large power transformers.
• Support safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and standardize production workflows.
• Use digital tools, automation technologies, and sustainability-focused practices to improve operational performance.
• Participate in process reviews, risk assessments, and corrective actions to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
• Support production readiness, capacity planning, and operational ramp-up in a new manufacturing facility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in medium or large power transformer manufacturing.
• Experience in manufacturing engineering, project management, or industrial operations.
• Experience with SAP; S/4HANA preferred.
• Knowledge of TPM and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment.

Nice to have

• Lean Manufacturing certification.
• Six Sigma certification.
